5. Late Deliveries
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@lumieracosmetic.com. We will investigate the issue and offer a discount on your next purchase as compensation.
If your package is significantly delayed with no update, we will work with you to find the best solution, including a replacement or full refund.
6. Lost Packages
All orders include tracking. In the rare case that a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
