At Lumièra, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 21 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item does not match the product description
We do not accept returns based on change of mind or personal preference.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We refund the full product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lumieracosmetic.com with photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
